Returns
Due to the personal nature of our product (bamboo memory foam pillows), we are unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
However, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is in original packaging

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- We'll send a replacement at no additional cost after reviewing your case
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- The item was not delivered
- The product was defective and you do not want a replacement
- You canceled the order before it was shipped
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened pillows
- Items returned without authorization
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Address
We'll provide a return address and shipping instructions once your return request is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
